Industrial electronics repair, down to the component

We diagnose and repair servo drives, frequency converters, PLC systems, HMIs, power supplies and control boards — with root-cause testing before anything ships back to you.

How it works

A process built around trust

01 · Reception

Reception & inspection

Your unit arrives, gets logged under its own case reference, and goes through a full visual and electrical check.

02 · Diagnosis

Diagnosis & quotation

We find the root cause and send a clear quote. Nothing gets repaired until you approve the work.

03 · Return

Reparatie, test & return

Once you approve, we repair the unit, run it through functional and burn-in testing, and ship it back with a full report.

Coverage

What we repair

  • Servo drives and frequency converters, including obsolete and hard-to-find models
  • PLC racks, CPUs and communication modules
  • Industrial HMIs and operator panels
  • Power supplies and control boards inside cabinets

Reparatie happens at component level, so brand and age rarely rule a unit out — including equipment the original manufacturer no longer supports.

What you get

What every repair includes

Traceability

A unique case reference and a full repair report follow your unit from the moment it arrives.

Testing

Every repaired unit is functionally tested before it leaves the workshop. Burn-in testing is available for deeper verification.

Root-cause insight

When a fault keeps coming back, we dig into why — and flag the weak point so it's less likely to happen again.

Warranty

Repairs are backed by a standard warranty, so you're covered once the unit is back in service.

Decide faster

Reparatie or replace?

Kiezen repair when

  • The part is obsolete or hard to source quickly
  • You want the root cause, not just a quick fix
  • You need a traceable repair with a report and warranty
  • The equipment runs in a harsh environment where stress testing matters

Consider replacement when

  • You need uptime now and an exchange unit is ready
  • A retrofit is planned and firmware or hardware compatibility matters
  • New or refurbished stock with a confirmed lead time fits better
Before you ship

Get it to us the right way

  • Photograph the label, connectors, board and display before you pack it up.
  • Write the case reference on both the unit and the box.
  • Describe the fault: symptoms, error codes, and when it happens (cold start, under load, intermittent).
  • Use anti-static protection for boards and modules, and pack it so it can't shift in transit.
On-site option

When the fault only shows up on site

Some problems only appear in the real installation — load conditions, wiring, or cabinet-level issues a bench test can't reproduce. When that's the case, we can send an engineer to you instead.
